February 21-22 Federation Board of Directors Meeting

The board of directors meet to transact business of the state federation between conventions including:

• Adoption of policies and procedures of the state federation
• Review of proposed amendments to the state bylaws to determine those to be presented to the convention body for consideration
• Review of proposed resolutions to determine those to be presented to the convention body for consideration
• Review of recommendations of the committee chairs to determine those to be presented to the convention body.
