Members and guests that attended the July meeting were treated to a preview and received a free copy of Mary Elizabeth's book "Reset Your Buttons" to help set the stage for the August discussion. Our buttons get pushed every day. We will talk about emotional triggers, analyze them and discuss how to counter the negative effects on relationships.
